Each hat is custom-made to fit perfectly. Made for a pirate in the Worley the Pirate tradition, it’s built to last and priced to reflect its craftsmanship and provenance. Includes a custom hat case.
Jeff Worley Signature Bowler Hat
Heavily distressed and scarred hat. Stitched and stapled together for a pirate/ Frankenstein vibe. Featuring a leather binding on the brim, voodoo bones on the band, and a “Worley The Pirate” patch on the side.
Material Type:
- 100% Beaver - Most expensive and highest quality.
- 50/50 Blend - 50% beaver fur and 50% rabbit fur blend. Very nice quality hat. With a higher percentage of beaver fur for a blend, it will still do great in moisture and rain.
- 100% Rabbit - Good quality hat, but no waterproof properties like beaver fur.

Upon ordering, the customer will be mailed a sizing kit with instructions on how to measure their head.
Hat will be shipped in a hard plastic hat can. Due to increasing shipping costs,customers will pay an agreed upon amount which will be lower than standard hat shipping prices. The difference has already been factored in the price of the hat.
